Today...
Now three years later, Run.It.Off has expanded to include not only a review of my personal races and foodie adventures, but it also includes "Run.It.Off for TWO!" With my daughter by my side, we are exploring the world of racing, fashion and travel with a toddler! While my diet and workouts may have to change, that doesn't mean I will stop indulging in my favorite foods and finding ways to work them off!

I'm Vanessa: Runner, Eye Doctor, Mother, Business Owner, Christ Follower, and a HUGE Foodie. I began running 5 years ago while living in New York City. Thats where my love (and sometimes hate) of running and fitness began.
Personally, I love food and fitness; but I also love desserts! The key to staying in shape isn't just about limiting yourself. It is about pushing your limits, and always burning off more than you put in. Everything in moderation, from good carbohydrates, healthy fats and necessary protein, but also those delicious chocolate desserts!
