In the beginning...

When Run.It.Off began, not only would you get an insider's look into some of the most popular marathons and races around the world, but you received a first person's guide to the most delicious destination restaurants that are totally worth running off!


Today...

Now three years later, Run.It.Off has expanded to include not only a review of my personal races and foodie adventures, but it also includes "Run.It.Off for TWO!" I am excited to announce that my husband and I welcomed our first child this past April!  While my diet and workouts may have to change,  that doesn't mean I will stop indulging in my favorite foods and finding ways to work them off!

In the world of fitness, what you put in, is what you get out.  

Personally, I love food and fitness; but I also love desserts!  The key to staying in shape isn't just about limiting yourself.  It is about pushing your limits, and always burning off more than you put in.  Everything in moderation, from good carbohydrates, healthy fats and necessary protein, but also those delicious chocolate desserts!
