  ​​After an amazing 2016, based in New York, California and Arizona, this year the Run.It.Off team has invaded a new state: TEXAS!

That means this year will be filled with new Southern style dishes, the best Tex-Mex restaurants, and various South and South East races!

MY Journey 

 In the world of fitness, what you put in, is what you get out. 

 Personally, I love food and fitness; but I also love desserts!  The key to staying in shape isn't just about limiting yourself.  It is about pushing your limits, and always burning off more than you put in.  Everything in moderation, from good carbohydrates, good fats and delicious protein, but also those delicious chocolate desserts!



I eat what I want, when I want; Then I run it off!
